This is an awesome place to stay on business or vacation. Great location, near the restaurants and landmarks, and fishing! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I could stay there for weeks! The grounds are kept clean and tidy. The staff has always been very nice and offer a warm reception. I hate when I have to leave!

We had a 1 bedroom villa with bunks, oceanfront. Rooms were very clean, perfect size for 4 adults. Office personnel were very nice. Pool was nice, others staying were very nice. Overall quiet, and so relaxing. Not like your typical "tourist" spot, like Nags Head, so not alot of teenagers. Seemed like mostly older adults which made it so much more relaxing. Aprox. 6 miles south of Avon, which has your Food Lion, movie theater, local eating spots. The only thing I did not like was the time frame in which to swap out your dirty towels. I went to the beach in early am, and if I came back after 12 noon to take a shower, I had to keep those towels till next day, and hope I didn't want to go to beach again during same time frame. This is where I wish that they did the room service in the mornings, if nothing else than to change my towels while I was at pool, or on the beach. But otherwise, I would most definitly go back again next year! My visit was very end of May to beginning of June, 5 days of awwww.
