In August every year, we go to California to visit the wine country in the area. We lucked upon the Cary house and went back this year.
The location is great for visiting the area and walking in town and visiting the restaurants. The staff is friendly and gracious. The rooms are themed and nicely furnished. I love the history. Have fun!

This is a historic hotel that is in very good condition. The rooms are rather charming and exceptionally clean. The staff members are very accomodating. The hotel is in the middle of downtown Placerville so it is extremely convenient to shopping...
