Actually a very nice find. Gourmet food and cocktails at diner prices. Tropical atmosphere and nice people.

We were promised a group discount when we made a reservation with a wedding party.

When we arrived, the Inn refused to honor the discounted rate. The girl at the front desk told us, "you're credit card has not been charged, you can leave." Then she gave us the name and number of a manager on a small scrap of paper. So we booked a stay at another hotel and did not stay at the Inn.

Since then, the inn charged my husband's credit card for one night's stay and refuses to remove the charge, even though they do not dispute our version of the events. We are currently disputing the charge through our credit card company.

member icon Vomit in the pool - Don't Stay here!

43 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Someone vomited in the pool, and not only did the staff not close the pool, they didn't clean it either. It wasn't a little spit up either. A little boy lost the entire contents of his stomach. We reported the problem immediately to the front desk and no one came. After 20 minutes, I went to the front desk and was told that "people should have the common sense to get out of the pool." After 45 minutes, newcomers started diving into the pool -it was gross! I returned to the front desk and the employee was extremely rude to me. When I called to report the problem to the manager a few days later she was dismissive and tried to claim that the pool had been cleaned. Our room was right off the pool. We were there. No one cleaned it. It certainly put an end to our swimming. We'll never stay there again.

It was a pleasant stay. My room was very comfortable. It was good value for price.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Lemon Tree Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.
