There were plumbing problems. The faucet backed up, flooded the hallway, and ruined my toiletries and case. They gave no apology, and had a non-caring attitude. They did not even any help cleaning up!
Toilet backed up and flooded hallway with raw sewage. The maintenance man attempted to get me to give him $100 to fix it. When I refused he started cursing at me.
I notified management and again, got no apology, and no help cleaning up. I asked to talk to owner and got no reply. The management accused me of "damaging property". The mold, mildew and wet carpet were damaged because of their faulty plumbing. They tried to charge me for damages.
I'm a respectable middle aged professional here on business. I have never had this kind of problem with a hotel.
