Lemon Tree Hotel Suites & Apartments

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean, smell clean even, they even scrub the parking lot every night! The seating outside the room is perfect for morning coffee with a newspaper. Bathrooms are a touch small but everything else about this hotel makes it worthwhile. Amazing! I will be back!

As a former employee of a major luxury hotel chain, I highly recommend the LEMON TREE motel, especially for group managers, overseas travelers, or anyone visiting the Anaheim area. There is no valet parking, concierge, or bell-hop, per se, but the staff is so incredible that they would go way out of the way to be of service. Alene, one of the workers, was able to tell me of the best restaurants in town, for almost any cuisine, and get me directions! The grounds are beautifully manicured and the interior is decorated with a fine eye for detail. This is not a "cookie cutter" chain. I tend to be very critical of hotels, but I'd give this one TWO THUMBS UP!! Oh, and by the way, we were able to stay for only $89 a night, manager's special!!! You can't go wrong with the LEMON TREE motel.

During our brief stay at the Lemon Tree we had:

The sink flood the hallway and ruin personal belongings.

The toilet back up and spewed raw sewage into the hallway.

The maintenance man wanted $100 to repair the toilet in the middle of the night or he wouldn't repair it.

Management was really rude and uncaring. Never offered to replace any personal belongings. Would not move us to another room until I made a scene at the front desk.

Added additional charges to my credit card (without authorization) for the damage caused by their faulty plumbing.

The most awful hotel experience that I have ever had!

Save yourself the heartache, spend $10 more and stay at one of the much nicer hotels here. Even the Super8 was nicer.

There were plumbing problems. The faucet backed up, flooded the hallway, and ruined my toiletries and case. They gave no apology, and had a non-caring attitude. They did not even any help cleaning up!

Toilet backed up and flooded hallway with raw sewage. The maintenance man attempted to get me to give him $100 to fix it. When I refused he started cursing at me.

I notified management and again, got no apology, and no help cleaning up. I asked to talk to owner and got no reply. The management accused me of "damaging property". The mold, mildew and wet carpet were damaged because of their faulty plumbing. They tried to charge me for damages.

I'm a respectable middle aged professional here on business. I have never had this kind of problem with a hotel.

We booked a queen studio. We arrived late, and there was no problem. The room was spotless and absolutely beautiful. The decor is very tasteful and serene, it had an excellent color scheme. The kitchenette had a hand stencil leaf design above the counters.

The bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette had a small sink, a two burner stove with an oven, a small fridge, and a microwave.

The toiletries were luxurious and had a pleasant citrus scent. The gardens are peaceful with much well kept up foliage and sitting areas. The pool and hot tub were sparkling. There is a small, but adequate work out facility and a laundry for the guests. The parking lot is quiet, clean and secure. The staff are quite charming and attentive. They even delivered Dove chocolates for Christmas!

The Lemon Tree entrance was a little over 3 miles from Disney. However, I could never have found a more beautiful hotel closer to Disney, even at twice the cost.
