Horrible
After booking many events and weddings and reccomending this hotel to over 2000 people over the years. We were presented with a problem with the bride and groom and the general manager was not accomidating or helpful in any way.

The layout of my room was well-planned, all amentities promised were there, the staff very pleasant and helpful, the pool area beautifully kept and well-stocked, and sitting on my private deck to read the Sunday paper with a cup of Starbucks coffee...
