My husband wanted a nice weekend out of town and it ended up being a horrible time in Dallas. The A/C in the room does not work. The thermostat is under the vent so it never gets cold. The rooms feature a Heavenly bed, which felt more like the bed...

Okay
Well positioned hotel with good facilities. However the complimentary Internet facility off the lobby proved to be not so complimentary as it was under lock & key. An hourly charge, for its use, is normally made.
We were charged mistakenly on AEX for two rooms that were cancelled. Terrible experience trying to resolve with billing department, even though we had a cancellation number.
