A very nice hotel with luxurious appointments. Because it is located adjacent to an indoor mall with inexpensive restaurants, it was an affordable place to stay inspite of a very pricey restaurant on the premises. They charge for wireless access...

Horrible
My wife and I stayed in this hotel for one night on 28-29 November 2008.
We never slept all night long. There was a lot of noise from other rooms. It was 3:30 AM in the morning there were still laughing, screaming, talking noise. We called...

38 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed for one, although the bed was nice, I will never again stay there. The staff was not nice, they could find my reservation, may be because they spelled my name wrong. Everything was OVERPRICED......24 hours room service is a lie. Then 2 weeks later I get this 23.00 charge on my credit card they claim is for parking......if I am going to pay that much for a room, the parking should be included. When we came back in the night after an event, the front lobby was filled with young gangster like people and there cars all playing loud boom box music. It was not a classy thing to see. Never Again.
The hotel is pretty & the rooms are very nice. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. The bed was very comfortable. I was a little unhappy with the parking (self parking did not have in/out privleges, even at $12 a day.) Valet worked out ...
