Le Meridien Pyramids is out-of-town, but conveniently situated for those attracted to the Pyramids area. It offers a range of good eating places, and has clean and comfortable rooms. For more style though the more traditional Mina House Oberoi (opened in 1869) is just a short walk away, and thus gives one the opportunity to diversify a bit during a longer stay.
Le Meridian Pyramids Hotel is located on El Remaya Square in Cairo, right across the street from the Pyramids of Giza. Imagine eating breakfast with 4700-year old pyramids as your view! There is high security with barriers and sniffer-dogs at the entrance.
