We so regret not researching reviews of this “4-star” hotel before booking. The reasons we chose it were the alleged wonderful pool, Jacuzzi and great location. Turns out the only great thing was the location.

While the location is good, it is expensive and over rated! The rooms are nasty and are in need of a major remodel! The service is terrible! The concierge could not find his rear, if it was not attached! Doorman is nice, but has no clue where anything is located! Watch for pick pockets on weekends and at night!
