Good
Overall the hotel was very good. My only problem is that they made no effort to accomodate an early check-in. Although others checked-in in front of me, my room was not ready and the front desk would not ask housekeeping to prioritze the room nor...
Blocks from the Bell Centre, the metro and St Catherine Street - what more could you ask for? Staff is friendly and helpful - parking is a little expensive, but there are several public garages nearby. Will stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the pool was nice. Rooms were OK, the beads were comfortable enough, but the air conditioner was quite loud. The hotel charged for both local calls and the left luggage service; this doesn't seem very classy given the price of the room.

The room was dirty when we arrived. Staff seemed unapologetic for the lack of cleanliness of the room. House keeping did not make up room and we had to call late in the afternoon for housekeeping to make up our room. Very expensive for the quality...

Man was this place a good place to stay. I was in Montreal and I stayed at this place. At first I kinda got scared of how much it would cost me because this place looks nice. But I asked the receptionist and I thought it sounded alright so I stayed a night. The rooms were so huge, it was bigger than the one I have at home. I had so much space that I got lost a few times going to the bathroom. People who worked there were fast, I ordered something one minute and then BAM the next minute its here. It was found in the main stream parts of Montreal so it was definitely awesome especially with all the clubs around. 9 / 10 cause the rooms were so big!

I liked my stay at this hotel. It had great rooms, great food, great service and great value. The food at the restaurant was also excellent. Definitely better than some of the other hotels that I have stayed at. The lunch and dinner menus had lots of choices to choose from. I had a tasty chicken sandwich that was moist and tender. It was good value for the money and it came pretty quickly. It was still hot when it reached the table which was a nice change from the last hotel I stayed at. This is definitely a place I will visit again.
