Hotel is not as close to Mall of America as they would have you think. Shuttle Service drivers were great and cordial. Restaurant overpriced. No refrigerator in room or other amenities. Would stay elsewhere next time.

From the friendly clerk at the desk to the ultra clean rooms. I loved the old world charm the hotel had and I felt very comfortable and safe. This is the only hotel I will go back to on a regular basis. I have no desire to go elsewhere.
36 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I had been interested in staying at this hotel for quite some time, so when we had an early flight requiring us to spend the night in the cities, I was excited.
Wow, was I wrong! This hotel literally felt like an old shoe that was trying to pass for something much more sophisticated.
The hotel itself still needs some serious upgrades in order to "complete" its upscale look. The noise from the interstate can be heard very clearly all night long (pack earplugs—you're going to need them!). Additionally, the furniture is old and beat up, the bathrooms have not been upgraded, and the water takes around 4 or 5 minutes to heat up. (I actually let the shower run about 5 minutes before it was remotely warm.)
Upon checking into our room, the light in our bathroom wasn't working. The repairman promptly showed up, but he had a plunger in hand, instead of a new bulb. Judging by the size of the toilets (or lack thereof), we surmised that clogged toilets must be a very common issue. Fortunately, the repairman returned promptly again with a new bulb and we were set.
The staff was rather friendly, but this was an awful way to get a "rested" start on our trip. I was happy we only had to stay here one night and was more upset that this hotel was listed as a three star, when clearly it should have been a two or one star. I didn’t like being “tricked” into believing this was a trendy and upscale luxury hotel.
Pictures on the internet are deceiving. This hotel was not clean. Dirty carpet, dust on furniture and spots on the mirrors in the bathroom. Waited over 1.5hours for the shuttle bus from the airport. Hopefully this hotel will improve-rumored to be ...

Le Bourget gave me everything I needed--and then some. From convenient access to locations throughout the area to a secure and comfortable room, my needs were met and even exceeded. The room itself was beautifully appointed, and the beds were just as the literature promised: wonderful. The management and staff were consistently cheerful and helpful. Dining in the restaurant was excellent; the bar selections were wide and wonderful; Starbucks coffee (including speciality drinks) was available; and the servers were (of course efficient but also) genuinely cordial.
