The front desk staff did not seem patient in us making a decision. He asked us to move aside while making our decision so that he can help other guest. Meanwhile, several employees were there chatting away about their plans for the weekend instead of attending to the guests that were waiting in line behind us.

I did not like that the pool water was as hot as the hot tub. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. It was conveniently located for the convention center and an easy monorail ride to the Strip.
