35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an item go missing from my room. I immediately reported it to hotel security who reassured me that the item would be reimbursed and that a police report wasn't required. I followed up numerous times without a reply until finally I was told that the claim was denied because the hotel cleaning staff didn't have any history of this.
Does this mean every Las Vegas Hilton employee gets a first time freebie???!??!
**DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU LOCK UP YOUR VALUABLES**

Excellent
Star trek theme. The LV Hilton is great because of it's direct connection with the tram which can take you up and down the strip. No taxis! When you ready to call it a night you just hop back on the tram and pour yourself into bed.

Good
Clean and nice.Staff were quite snobbish. The spa was an excellent place to get a massage. The staff over there was better than the counter staff which I thought were snobbish and racist. They treated Americans better than Asians.
