The room is too expensive for what you get. The biggest problem was the cleaning service. They stopped cleaning before ten o'clock in the morning and they did not always leave a notice that they were done. We came back to our room after leaving at half past nine o'clock and we assumed that our room would be cleaned. However, there was no notice on the door and the room was not cleaned. The front desk staff was terrific and the amenities were as described. However, the room was cramped and not what I would call a suite.

This hotel was only surpassed by my stay at the Mirage in Las Vegas when I got a suite. The Larkspur is a great hotel. They have fantastic beds and pillows. Oh my gosh! I wish I could purchase a bed and linens and pillows like that! The room was clean, the personnel were excellent. They even went the extra mile to go to the grocery store for you and bring your groceries to your room and put them away. The advice I give other tourists is to stay at Larkspur. You won't regret a minute of it.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The hotel staff offered to carry up my packages for me. What a pleasant stay this was. Even though I was going on an interview and was nervous, being with the staff made it all the easier. They had breakfast in the morning for free. And not just donuts and coffee, there was eggs, cereal, fruit, etc.

The hotel staff was very friendly.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They provided a nice breakfast room, suggestions about where to eat, we got an upgrade without asking and they helped me look for a lost medicine.

They lost reservations, gave poor excuses and a bad fix. I ended up having to move to another location to even get a room. Late night driving to another hotel when I was very tired was not fun!
