Besides the fact that The Langham, Boston was only a few blocks from the main downtown area, this hotel truly is amazing. The guest rooms were so cozy and beautifully decorated, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and their restaurant's Chocolate Bar buffet was to die for. Luckily, they have an incredible pool and workout area that I could work off all that chocolate!

I received five star service from the moment of arrival to the moment I left. Their concierges are wonderful, and they even remembered my name! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. They will definitely see me again!

About a month and a half ago I was informed by the front desk that I had been overcharged. I appreciated that of course.

They said they would be sending me a check immediately. I have received no check. I have called several times to ask how and to whom the check was sent. They say they will call back, but never do.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Langham Hotel Boston.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel bar is gorgeous! You don't have to leave the building for a wonderful evening and their brunch is heavenly!
