Room was very old,outdated and had a very musty smell just not acceptable for the amount of money they were getting. Checked in and out in 5 minutes. Asked for our deposit back and were told no. Told we could go to their sister hotel, did not have the time to drive around to find the possibility of the same thing, had a 92 and a 95 year old relative waiting for our unfortunatley very short visit. They kept our $89 deposit, guess this is the only way they keep the doors open. Ended up at the Hampton Inn in Tilton for about the same $.

56 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Disgusting! Dirty Room 418 ..... the young girl, blond girl, gave us a room telling us it was the only one left, ( I'm not sure, because the parking lot was half empty) very dirty room, the phone was dirty, the carpet was dirty. We had to put our shoes on to protect ourselves, so that we don't get any disease,. My rating is not 1, but -10. Be sure to ask a visit before paying for the room. I think she must have had a bonus from her boss for renting this room. This room should be condemned. Next year we are still going to Laconia for bike week and you can be sure we'll tell everyone we can to avoid this place!
