In the halls the rugs, walls, and ceilings were all stained and dirty and there was a very bad odor. The rooms are okay for 2 or 3 people but small for a family, the tv did not work properly, and the bathroom is like a closet. Also the door did not...

Mediocre
To start off the staff was not the best. But I think the best part of my whole stay their is that it was a school trip so we woke up at 6:30 and didn't come back untill 10:30 at night. At first look the beds look pretty comfortable. But as you...
24 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We booked a room for our honeymoon night four months ago. I asked for a king sized bed. On May 17th, 2008, my bride and I were surprised to find 2 twin beds in our room. When I called the front desk, the clerk said that there was never a guarantee that we would get a king sized bed even though we booked it and paid for it in advance. He made no attempt to apologize or do any service recovery. I told him to "piss off" and hung up on him. To my surprise, he called my room back and wanted to start an augument. I will be calling your hotel in the near future to speak to a manager. We will never stay there again and have told many friends to stay elsewhere also.

I made a reservation for my family and I to stay there back in November 2007 since it was located not far from the AMerican Music Theatre. Upon checking in and finding our room we discovered that the room was musty, smelled like cigarette smoke and the carpets were filthy. Not to mention that the so called heat either worked as an air conditioner or totally blasted hot air into the room. Very disappointed also when I brougth these issues to the Manager and mentioned that the website advertises newly renovated rooms, all he said was that they are owned by a company in Florida and are doing their best to catch up with the renovations that are advertised. For the money I spent to stay there for one night, it should have been an hotel more along the line of a moderate hotel that would be offered in Disney. However, the truth of the matter is that the hotel is more like a roadside motel that you could rent by the hour. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Good
I spent the weekend here for the Lancaster Quilt show this year. I read previous reviews and was concerned - however I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable and no problem with service. I would definitely stay again.
