49 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Furniture and bedding was stained and full of holes.
I turned the thermostat down to cool the room at night. I woke up to find the heater on and the temp at 85 degrees. The manager said guests are not allowed to control the room climate, as A/C and heat is centrally controlled. I told her that I've never stayed anywhere that puts a "fake" thermostat on the wall and won't allow a guest to control room temp. I got out of the Lampliter Inn immediately and checked into a nicer place for $11 less.
I loved the way they kept up the grounds. Not only that, but the room was awesome. It was quiet, peaceful, and the showers were huge. The pool was well kept, and the staff was nice.

Great Hotel with great grounds and peaceful surroundings. The service was great, very nice rooms, and great location. The staff was great and it had a down home feel to it.
THE PRICE IS GREAT,THIS PLACE HAS A COUNTRY INN ATMOSHERE AND THE STAFF IS WARM,FRIDENDLY AND HELPFUL..IT'S A GREAT BARGIN. THE GROUNDS ARE REALLY GREAT,GREEN AND LUSH, LOTS OF DETAIL..FUN TO SIT OUT AND TAKE IN THE NICE WEATHER..IT HAS A GREAT...
