Decent rooms, horrible service

36 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
The front desk staff were extremely rude, the front desk closes at 9 pm, and the pool/hot tub are open only when it is convenient for the staff. Customer Service is definitely not a priority at this motel. If it were not for the fact that this motel is the only one in this small town, I have no doubt it would be out of business because customers would not stay here twice if there were options.
