Unit 516 is a horrible townhome. The owner is very cheap. The carpet was filthy with holes and stains. The wallpaper was coming down all thru out the rental. The curtains had stains. It appeared as if someone had thrown a cup of coffee on them. Why they had not been replaced or cleaned I do not know. The refrig was broken. The inside bottom door was missing with a big hole as to where it had been. Crack on bottom crisper. Bathrooms had cigarette burns on floor and rusty nails exposed in ceiling. The air filter had 1 inch filth. Wood trim on floor appeared as animals had chewed it. All the furniture looked like it came from the 1970's. The couch had no support. You sat on it and sank to the floor. My elderly parents could only get up after 5 attempts. Seating was not adequate for a family of 8. The kitchen table only had seats for 5. No washer and dryer. The staff did not seemed concerned. I asked the director of guest services to come see our unit and she declined. We paid $700 night for trash. I even called Barbara the president of Premier Resorts and did not get a call back. She advised the director of guest services to call me. Lakeland or Heavenly Tahoe resorts did not care about our stay. They only wanted our money. I would not recommend this property or any Premier Resort property after this stay.

Loved the location, with the little sandy "beach," dock, and a boat rental marina just a short walk down the beach. Many good retaurants within driving distance. Our 2-bedroom unit was VERY spacious, plenty of towels, a well-equiped kitchen....

Very very well kept; clean; responsive, courteous staff, great location, big rooms, I would definitely recommend Lakeland Village to anyone staying in South Lake Tahoe. A bit pricier than most, but worth it and not out of line for prices in Tahoe. Very nice pools and private beach. Again, very clean and well manicured grounds.

We came for a skiing vacation. Our 1 bedroom loft was just as advertised. The room was very efficiently laid out. Although we were 3 adults, it did seem cramped. This looks like a great place for a family vacation any time of the year. The staff was ...
