We stayed at Lake Shore Lodge with a large group. In general, the lodge accommodations were adequate, but the original quoted rates were not honored. When attempting to resolve the issue with the billing department, we were told that there was a "mistake" in the original quote and to pay the higher bill or expect to deal with a collections agency. Be aware that Lake Shore Lodge is owned by Estes Valley Resorts who also own Aspen Lodge and Lake Estes Inn & Suites.

It is an adequate facility for almost all occasions, including weddings, receptions, conferences and just an informal gathering or reunion. The prices are seasonally steep, but you can settle into a bargain in the off season.
I am somewhat likely
