Horrible
The halls in this hotel were dark during daylight hours because of power failures.
Second, the cause of these power outages was very unseemly construction that was taking place and which you did not inform your guests about in advance...

Facilities were not as advertised. The fitness room was 2 or 3 machines in a very small room. The pool area wasn't heated and not conducive to sitting and reading/swimming.
