I found the bed a little uncomfortable, too firm for my liking.

The staff from the front desk to housekeeping goes out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: I felt extravagant there because the rooms and decor are similar to the higher priced chains.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure there because of the outside lights, locking system on the doors, well posted safety and fire exit directions, and the friendly staff that seemed to be attentive to what was going on around them.
