Good
The pull out bed (from the couch) was hard as a rock. They forgot to leave clean towels one of the days. Parking lot over crowded. This is only a 3 star hotel. We expected a nicer room and asked for 2 double beds for the 1 of the 2 rooms we needed....

Excellent
Clean, by the river, cozy couch, quiet andgood front desk.Poor shower head andmaids mistakenly kept knocking. Classy place for not too expensive. Upgraded for free to suite because I called and asked for a microwave and fridge. Nice.
I had a law enforcement discount and paid $111 for a $118 room. Was told in the morning that I couldnt have coffee in the morning because I didnt pay the full $118.00. The place was noisy all night, my room wasnt ready yet, so they reassigned me...
Nice location, personable andaccommodating staff.Restaurant is in a bar. Very clean comfortable rooms. Nice access to Folsom walking trails. Good parking. Staff is very helpful and courteous.
We booked and payed the deposit for the wedding and reception party with the food and beverage, they had changed the policy for there beer which double the amount and they would not honor what we had paid for with the deposit. The general manager did not even care she said she will not do anything about it, (it is what it is) she said, I was blown away that a general manager would say this to a customer who pays their salary. they do not have any customer service and I WILL NEVER STAY THERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!
My family and I received terrible service from Lake Natoma Inn for the 7/7/07 weekend. There were 6 total complaints from many different members of our wedding party.
These are the complaints that I and others of our wedding party expressed:
1. Failure to clean to the bride and groom's room when they returned from their reception even though this was requested and complimentary.
2. Failure to provide enough chairs for our guests at the reception, causing some to be turned away even though not as many guests showed up as estimated.
3. Use of inadequate and noisy air conditioning that allowed people little sleep at night,
4. Failure to notify guests of the deposit when using a debit card at the front desk.
5. Rude front desk personnel, who ignored me at the front desk when I asked for a few pieces of tape and then preceded to help others as if I wasn't standing there.
6. Issuing higher room rates to the wedding members versus others that booked a room and did not mention being a part of that wedding.
I sent a letter to the Director of Operations and got no response. This hotel does not even care about the fact it provides terrible service to their guests.
