In 30 years of domestic and international travel, I have never had a worse experience than at this place. Traveling with another couple, we had prepaid for two nights' stay online. The first evening, the four of us had drinks in the hotel bar, and signed the tab to our rooms. Our friends were awakened by phone calls and a visit from the security person at 2:00 a.m.! They were told to come to the desk immediately and pay their bar bill ($35) and accused of trying to "skip out" on their bill! We were also called, but because the phone was in the living area of the suite, we did not hear it. Our friends did not sleep a wink, and asked to see the manager early that morning. They were totally unapologetic and disinterested, and even told our friends they didn't want their business and to leave the property! We all checked out as a result of this mistreatment. To add insult to injury, the manager called the local police to escort us off the property! Incredible, insulting and totally ridiculous. Also, this place hasn't been renovated in 10 years (not six like they say). It is run down and unclean. This is the absolute truth.
