38 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I've never set foot in this Hotel, but beware if you should have to cancel your reservation. Although I canceled in a timely manner (hotel states that you must cancel 72 hours without penalty), I was still charged. The manager was rude and hostile. I was told that His system showed I canceled two days ahead, so no refund. I stated that I had a email with the date showing that it was three days. He then tells me that it wasn't done enough HOURS ahead although it was three days prior. This is what he told me after he argued and told me that I had only canceled two days prior!?! Whatever happened to customer service?

If you forgat a small luggage in the room at the time of check out, dont think this hotel has HONEST people, you will never see your luggage again.
