47 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
From the minute we arrived we received 5-star service. The lobby is well appointed with a beautiful fireplace (always on). Breakfast at Bin 81 was great, albeit expensive. I recommend that you sit outside (weather permitting). The pool is alittle small but there is a beach (also small) if you'd rather. The rooms are well appointed very clean even had an LG flat screen HDTV. Although I'm not a drinker the honor bar had Kettle One, Patron, and Crown Royal, etc. (all full sized). When making a reservation make sure to ask for a lake view room, you won't be disappointed. Some of the "alpine view" rooms were nothing more than a clear view of the parking lot. Within walking distance of the Village (mainly an outlet mall). One note worth mentioning, I found Lake Arrowhead not a great destination for children unless they're into just R&R. There's a small park with a few "kiddy" rides at the Village and a pizza place with very outdated games.
All-in-all, I look forward to returning next year.
I can't stop thinking about this hotel. Everyone is wonderful and friendly. Beautiful view going back for our anniversary. beautiful, beautiful. Thank you LaSonya Cali...

Hotel is walking distance to Arrowhead Village, right on the lake. Rooms are new and are very well appointed. The new resort restaurant is a bit pricey for the area, but village restaurants are close. Our room was under the staircase...should...
Great Hotel....even though they were in the process of remolding and it was messy and noisy, you could see what they had already done and that was nice....Bin 189 is a great place to eat...really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is FANTASTIC, we came upon it by accident and got a room a couple of weeks ago...we fell in love with it! The price is right and the rooms are remarkable for the money. Everyone was fiendly and helpful too.
