This establishment was recommended to me be a coworker, but I was wary of booking a room after reading an unfavorable review. I thought I would call and ask if they were aware of that review and I hoped that conversation would put my mind at ease....
I have stayed at Laguna Hills Lodge two different occasions. They were accomodating. The gardens are beautiful. It is not new but the rooms are clean. The breakfast was adequate. You will be fine.
People were friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was lovely. Weekly rates saved us money, close to mall, easy access from 5, nice flowers on grounds. A very lovely place to stay for Seniors or families.

The grounds are very nice, as are the people. The rooms have everything you need, and the location is ideal. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you like a high quality place to stay!

Location, Convenience etc. Service was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was always just right for us. The staff was friendly and helpful.
