La Quinta Nashville Franklin Hotel - Page 1

Bathroom was filthy, no bath mat or soap and only one towel for two people. This was a non-smoking room yet everything reeked of smoke including all bedding and pillows. Room was very dusty and A/C wall unit vent area was full of powder of some sort and cotton swabs. Bathroom vent was very loud and very dirty. Breakfast area seemed always dirty. Coffee and hot water were always just luke warm and juices never were cold - no ice to be had for juice in order to cool them down. Staff were polite but appeared to be over-burdened. Housekeeping never had our room cleaned before 3:30 - 4:30 PM even though we out of the room by 8 AM. Suggest you choose another hotel for peace of mind and at least reasonable cleanliness.

It’s location is tucked away behind other hotels. There were only two ice makers in the hotel, and one did not work at all. One spit out an ice cube every 5 - 10 seconds. They had very poor service all around! The Continental breakfast was always empty.

The hotel has comfortable beds. It's a quiet facility.

We were there because of a doctor's appointment for my grandson. We have stayed at this Baymont several times before. The location is very convenient. The expanded continental breakfast was our only complaint. It was served from 6 AM to 9 AM. We went down for breakfast at 7:30 and they were already out of waffle mix. We were told there would not be any more.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The front desk people were very pleasant. The pool was reasonably close to our room.
