We are so thankful for La Quinta. First of all, they offered wonderful, personable personnel who made us feel welcome. They were so accommodating with our West Highland white terrier and our twin sons, one of whom has special needs. We were treated like royalty. The continental breakfasts in the morning were so delicious. We highly recommend La Quinta to all dog lovers.
La Quinta made us feel relaxed because we had warm, comfortable beds with excellent air conditioning. Our rooms smelled clean. The bathrooms were spotless. The coffee pot had packages of coffee, sugar, and cream ready for us. We had enough towels for everyone to shower comfortably. Our dog had lots of area to go to the bathroom without disturbing anyone.

La Quinta allowed our dog to stay with us. The room service, front desk, and all the personnel we encountered were so kind and courteous. Our rooms were clean. There was plenty of space to walk our dog. The communication was excellent.
The problem we had encountered had been a bad hurricane. We felt safe where we were. Although the conditions outside were awful, the personnel at La Quinta made us feel safe.

Horrible
Extremely noisy. Bathroom smells funky-dirty and floor sticky-dirty. Bathroom vent does NOT work. Took several calls and 2 trips to front desk to get hi-speed internet to work. Instructions on room phone for local calls: "Dial 9 + 813 + phone...

We stayed at La Quinta one night prior to a cruise. It is very close to the airport (about 3 to 5 minutes). They have a comfortable place and a nice staff.
