The hotel's location was perfect. My only complaint was that the pool had dead bugs floating in it.

The hotel was alright, the location is very convenient if you want to go to Busch Gardens, but away from everything else. It was hard to get in touch with the hotel, phones were rarely answered. The room wasn't as clean as expected and smelled very bad (like urine). The hotel staff is very friendly at the reception desk but the ladies who work at the breakfast buffet were in a bad mood.

This was a great place to stay. The employees were very courteous and friendly. I was given great information regarding events in the area and everyone seemed to care that my family and I had a good time.

This hotel made me feel practical: They made me feel like I was part of their family and they cared enough to show me a great time.

We were a party of four and booked a suite. What we got was simply an oversized room with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. We tried to get a second room but none was available at any price. Two of our party left at 2 AM to check into another hotel. Aside from that, there were not enough towels for four people, and of the four lamps in the room one was not plugged in and the other had a burned out bulb.

I liked the comfortable but the hotel was not convenient to our destination. It's no fault of the hotel, but it seemed close on the map.

This is a very basic, very average hotel. The price is fair for the room you get. You do get the service you pay for, though, so don't expect too much. The maid service is pushy and rude and should be avoided. The neighborhood is also a bit sketchy, despite being near a major theme park, so lock your car.

It was very convenient to Busch Gardens and that was our trip for the weekend to visit Busch Gardens. We would go there again next time we go over to Tampa. It was very easy to access the road to Busch and other places of interest.

I called ahead to confirm reservations and let them know I would be checking in late. Upon arrival, they could not find my reservation. They gave me a room set aside for the manager and informed me 'how lucky I was' to get the room despite the confirmation (complete with confirmation number) I had printed from my computer when I booked the room with Orbitz with me.

It was a very good location, and they had a good free breakfast.

I appreciated the good and quiet location, and the friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel has always been very nice and the staff very courteous. The room was very appropriate and all requests were granted. The location was very accessible.

They didn't have a hot tub and breakfast didn't always have everything out. The pool was cold.

Baymont Inn and Suites near Busch Gardens serves a wonderful breakfast buffet.

The pool area was nicer than expected, even though it was too cold to swim.

This hotel made me feel content: I was happy with the room and the staff. I was very comfortable being there.

Computers were down for 2 days before we got there. Manual check-in. The first room was smoking, even though it was posted as non-smoking. Front desk finally gave in to give my family, with 2 small children late at night, a room we could handle.
