I thought it was a good place to stay. The neighborhood is a little iffy, but the hotel is clean and well-staffed. There is a 24-hour Denny's in front of the hotel and the breakfast at the hotel includes Belgian waffles.
This hotel made me feel pampered: They had Belgian waffles.

The stay was wonderful, except for an air conditioning problem that was not resolved. We couldn't get anyone to fix it and they wouldn't move us to another room.

I did not like this hotel's location in downtown St. Petersburg. Tourists would fare better in St. Pete Beach or Clearwater.

It was enjoyable, clean, and better than I expected the room to be. I work in a 4-star hotel, but not a national chain. So the room was actually better than I thought it would be, I would recommend them to anyone.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Whether in tampa, st. Petersburg, savannah or charleston they are always clean, effeciently managed and the staff is always most helpful. It is always a pleasure!
