Very unhappy with this hotel.Under construction, strong smell from new carpets/paint, arrived @ 12:30 am-had to change rooms-bed not made, kitchen locked. I made reservations at this la quintal because I had always had beautiful and comfortable...

Absolutely nothing will ever stay here again.No one told us that they are renovating. Worst experience I have ever had. Dirty rooms, bugs, no wastebasket. Do not stay here. Who does construction on memorial day? Meanest staff I have ever encountered....

The room was perfect, the staff was cordial, and the breakfast buffets were excellent. They even had a computer I could use!There was nothing I didn't like. See # 13.
