The amenities were good. But since they do not have restaurants on site, they should seek a restaurant chain willing to locate adjacent to their properties.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They were at the desk and ready to serve imediately........ Had the wrong hotel but they checked and found out where the reservation was made and transfered everything to that hotel so we didn't have to go and find the other hotel.

Stayed during tucson gem and mineral show. Prices were 4x the regular. Our reservations were mixed up and asst mgr (male) was not polite or accomodating instead he made us feel as if it was our fault. Likely will stay somewhere else next year at nearly.
