26 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The room had bugs in it. Instead of apologizing for it, the general manager told me I should expect them since they are in a wooded area. This is after the front desk staff responded to my bug specimen with the phrase that's gross. My complaint was finally resolved by a regional customer service manager.

I am not likely to return to the La Quinta Inn and Suites Tomball.
I would not recommend it to friends.

29 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It was very expensive for the quality of the rooms and their service was poor.

I am not likely to return to the La Quinta Inn and Suites Tomball.
I would not recommend it to friends.
