Excellent
I stayed at the hotel for three nights and found the rooms clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The only complaint I had was that the room keys frequently did not work. I did however find the rooms nicely ...

Hotel's rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. There is a nice indoor pool on premises. Continental breakfast is available, front desk was friendly and check-in went smoothly.
Location is good, Waffle House and Denny's are available within walking distance for breakfast. If you bid on a Priceline room for Springdale, there seems to be a very good chance of getting this facility--all three of my visits were the result of Priceline, once at Baymont, a stay at La Quinta this past fall, and of course the most recent one. I'd continue using Priceline or other similar sites for Springdale, as I'm pleased with my past experiences with this hotel (3rd time at this facility).

Okay
I booked and was confirmed a month in advance for a smoking room. Upon my arrival I discovered I was in a no-smoking room. The front desk explained that all smoking rooms were closed for renovation.
The room had been recently freshened with new...
46 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
While we travel extensively, I have to admit this was the worst experience ever. We had to wait until 5:30 p. m. to check in and then the next night we could not get our rooms cleaned until 5:00 p.m. The staff was rude and did not seem to care. The continental breakfast opens at 6:00 a.m. but they didn't get the coffee going until after 7:00 a.m. The parking lot is so tiny you can't hardly get through it. We had 3 rooms and one of them had a broken shower faucet handle. They never did get it fixed. We only got one towel per room and no cups for the one tiny pot of coffee they give you. The elevator shook so violently when we first got there that we never got on again. We walked the stairs to the 4th floor the rest of the weekend.

Housekeeping staff need to learn to clean a little better. Found "hairs" in the bathroom floor of 1st room, staff immed. chngd rm, no questions asked (still found hair in shower). Nice pool. Bed was comfortable and loved the free high speed...
