The renovated La Quinta Inn and Suites-Tacoma convention center is located along the banks of Puget Sound, just minutes from the Tacoma Dome and Mount Rainier. Rooms are clean and spacious and well equipped with free high-speed Internet access. There's a nice heated pool area, as well as a Spa, games room and well-equipped Fitness Center. The Ports of Call Restaurant seems nice although I didn't have time to eat there. There's also a pleasant lounge area. The staff are friendly and helpful.

74 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
We had our Army Reunion there. Everyone worked with us, the service and the people were excellent. We had a large group and there were no problems! The cater lady was terrific!
They gave us everything we asked for!
