This is the place I will stay when visiting Raleigh, NC. I left my laptop computer in the room totally by mistake. He thought I had it and I thought he had it and ..... Anyway after getting home I discovered we didn't either one pack the laptop. I immediately called the hotel and they had it! I can't tell you how relieved we felt and thankful that our company sent us to this hotel. We also found out our video camcorder was in the bag too! Kudos to this hotel for hiring excellent and honest staff.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room very nice. Bed VERY comfortable. Good breakfast. Location great. Very easy access to RBC Center without need to get on beltline and lots of eating and shopping choices. Parking very near most rooms.

I love this hotel.
It's near everything and anything.
Even before it was remodeled, it was always very clean.
The only complaint I had is the odd arrangement of furniture in the room. The TV was off to the side of the room making watching it from bed uncomfortable.
I love the breakfast area. Very roomy and the entire atmosphere in that part of the hotel is very nice and attractive.

to return to the La Quinta Inn & Suites Raleigh Crabtree.

Horrible
When I arraived at the hotel I was informed that pets may only stay in smoking rooms only. I had to find another hotel that would allow pets in non smoking rooms. No help was given to assist me in doing so. Manager was very unhelpfull and not...
