Horrible
Here's summary: Bookek a king size bed, got two full size. Internet connection didn't work. No remote for TV Iron didn't work. Heater rattled all night.

I checked in at 1 am in the morning from a very long flight.My first few steps into hotel left paint and gyprock on my large bags and the rest of the walk after a non friendly staff attented me.The room was okay.Apart from having a cold cold shower...

My family and I have stayed at this particular Embassy Suites many times. However, last time we visited, it really looked like it needed some attention. Our room felt very dated and the air conditioner was SO loud, we could barely hear each other...

For the money - this is a great hotel. VERY clean. The staff were very helpful. A friend locked her keys in the car and they located and called a tow truck for us. The usual breakfast was available but this location just seemed better. The waffle irons worked better etc. My husband loved the big plasma TV in the room. The rooms are recently remodeled and our room had the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

We found the hotel clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable!!! Pillows are awful - bring your own. This hotel is in a great location - lots to see and do in Cary, Raleigh and the surrounding areas. Wonderful highway ...

I disliked that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room which seems standard everywhere now. The breakfast bar was unimaginative compared to other places. I liked the location which was very convenient.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotels are quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. I always attempt to find a La Quinta Hotel when traveling.
Checking in was fast and friendly. We did not have to wait very long for our room keys.

They were efficient. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee. Continental breakfast was with many choices, USA Today was delivered to the room, and there was high-speed Internet connection.
