When I arrived at the hotel they did not have in the computer that we had a service dog. We specifically called the hotel when we made the reservation and told them we had a service dog. The person that we talked to said no problem it’s in the computer. Evidently she lied. Any way it took a half hour to sort things out. It's not something you want to do after being on the road all day.

When we checked in late at night there was a problem with my credit card and somehow the young woman fixed it and set up our three-night stay for two rooms. I took care of the problem the next morning. There wasn't any problem after that, the rooms were fine, the pool was great with towels available poolside. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. When we left the ten year old forgot his bowling ball, they would have sent it, but we noticed and went back for it. We plan to stay next summer again.
