24 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Lack of coordination among departments is severe in this corporation. I made a reservation but later cancelled well within the policy to avoid penalties. When I called customer service to cancel I had to repeat my reservation number 8 times before the woman got it right. She finally cancelled and gave me a confirmation number. I thought everything was taken care of, but 2 days later my credit card was charged for 2 nights. I contacted the hotel 3 times both by phone and through the website. Still, customer service has not responded to my request for refund. Don't give this hotel your credit card information and don't expect anything from customer service.

to return to the La Quinta Inn & Suites Minneapolis Bloomington W.

Okay
We shared a room with two other friends, which worked out pretty well, except the place was a little hard to find, and the beds were a bit small. The flooring needed to be updated a bit and TV channels were limited, but the make-your-own waffle...
