Horrible
Not only was the side door broken and wouldn't close (safety issue) but we were awoken at 5 and 5:15am by an unbelievable sound. My husband had to call the front desk to ask if we should evacuate. They said sometimes it happens when a toilet...

The woman at the front desk was a bit cold and abrasive. Other then that the rooms were clean, the beds were uncomfortable but expected, and the breakfast wasn't too bad. Also, there was a great restaurant right by the hotel.
