La Quinta Inn and Suites Great Falls Hotel

We stay there quite often so it is just a familiarity thing. We have to drive my stepson to Great Falls to see his mom every other week and so we end up spending a lot of time in Great Falls.

I stayed for two weeks and it is a great hotel with a great location. The only issue was with the check-in process. I arrived at 4 pm and they said they hadn't cleaned my room yet and asked me to come back in an hour. I returned at 5:15 pm and the room still wasn't ready. My room wasn't finally ready until 6:30 pm. Other than that, the stay was great. It's a nice, clean hotel.

They were prompt in fixing an issue with the Jacuzzi tub and our stay was wonderful. We intend on returning later this year and for many more weekend getaways from the day-to-day life.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The look of the building and the rooms is beautiful. I felt like I was checking into a wood cabin for the night.

The hotel was new and very nice. The desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The hotel had air conditioning when several others in the area did not.

It was a really nice and clean inn. The people were friendly and I liked the way it was designed.
