La Quinta Inn and Suites Glendale Hotel

The hotel has a convenient location. It is very clean and it has a great breakfast area. It also has nice decor and it is comfortable. All staff was pleasant and helpful.

This hotel made me feel content: I liked the large rooms. I also liked that they had wi-fi internet connection available at no charge.

Housekeeping was nonexistent. We were there for eight days and they never made our beds or cleaned the room or bathrooms or give us new towels. Even after all the complaints, housekeeping wanted us to sign that we did not want our room cleaned because they never arrived until 6 PM to clean and we would not let them in. This kept happening. We will never stay there again.

We have stayed here multiple times. This last time however, we found the hotel to be rough around the edges. Cleanliness both inside and out was sorely lacking. Trash was all about the building on the outside and the stairwells were filthy on the inside. The elevators were slow, forcing the use of the stairwells. We are definitely looking for other accommodations for our stay next year.
