60 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Christmas gifts was stolen from my room, the floor was not vacuumed daily, the newspaper that was supposed to be included was only given once. I had to call for towels, cups and supplies they forgot constantly to place them. There was mold under the tub mat, mold around the bathroom floor crevices. The room smelled, we had to buy room freshener. No vents in room or working vent exhaust in bathroom, desk was broken, suitcase holder was broken, service was terrible. I would never stay at another La Quinta and since I was here for 6 days, I really saw that it was not just one incident, once in a while, it was constant. Since my I am the one who decides at my place of business, which hotels to use for business travel "La Quinta" is now off the list when I arrive home.
