I was there on the Thursday the Katrina F1 was coming. They were very informative on what to do if my flight got cancelled and they offered to hold my room when I went to the airport if I had to come back. I flew out but was appreciative of their kindness.

There were ants in the bathrooms and there was a huge spider in the hallway. When I told the staff, they did nothing about it. When I asked for directions they didn't know where the road was but it turned out to be right behind them.

It is a wonderful hotel, but I wish there were more restaurants that were closer.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: We had a rough flight and had to drive from Tampa to Hollywood and felt really relaxed at making it to our comfortable in one of our favorite hotels.
