The hotel was conveniently located for our family birthday party. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was excellent in the restaurant. The pool area was well maintained. The hotel does need some touching-up as the bathrooms and bedding were starting to show wear. The best thing about the hotel was the staff.
This hotel made me feel important: The staff was very pleasant upon check in and knew who I was from my reservation and called me by name. Although my room was not ready, the receptionist went out of her way to make me comfortable and held my luggage while waiting. She sent someone to find me by the pool to let me know my room was ready.
