It was clean, staff was polite and interested,and very well trained. We felt like we were treated with dignity and made to feel welcome. The beds were very comfortable, and I loved having 3 pillows that were firm, not all broken down.

37 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I had to switch rooms my first night because "wired rooms" must be requested, otherwise they are all wireless. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. My only complaint would be the minor traffic noise from the window. By far, this was one of my better visits at a hotel. They are one of my top 5 choices.
