La Quinta Inn and Suites Columbus Dublin Hotel

Clean comfortable rooms with continental breakfast and wireless access. It was a good value compared to much higher rates in area. Property was renovated in 2007.

This hotel sucked, the rooms are not soundproof, and there is a door between adjacent rooms, through which I could hear even the whisperings of the neighbor. To my misfortune, the next door neighbors were uncivilized cavemen that kept the music up all night, yelling and shouting. I did not sleep for three consecutive days. Never stay in this hotel.

My room was not the cleanest, but it was not filthy by any means. Check-in was easy and fast. I stayed in a suite with a small fridge and a microwave. The room was large and the bed was more comfortable than I expected. It was a pleasant surprise.

The check in process was horrible, they ran out of room keys and made me use the clerk's key and bring the keys back down 4 floors to him. Then, when I was gone all day Saturday, the housekeeping staff cleaned the room (not doing a very good job), and then left my door open. When I returned at midnight, my door was open. I did NOT feel safe, and was extremely upset that anyone could have access to my belongings all day long.
